5th Biennial from 24th to 26th November, 2017

More than 2000 visitors walked through the streets of the village and enjoyed the event.
Zhou Yiyan, guest of honor at the Biennale, presented porcelain jewelry and sculpture objects in the art gallery.

A conference on the history of the jewelery from the social aspect to the functions of the jewel was proposed in the borough of St-Jean. In St-Maurice, twenty exhibitors were able to highlight their work and their know-how in different spaces, from the la Cure to the Manor de la Mure. Demonstrations were also proposed around different techniques: glass bead spinning, lost wax, gemology, repoussé metal, filigree …

4th edition from 27th to 29th november, 2015

This year, on the theme of contemporary creation, the Biennial took place in both villages. Showcase of the dynamism of creation in the field of jewelery, this edition showed the diversity of the current jewelery scene and the wideness of young designers’ know-how, combining tradition and innovation: gold, silver, precious stones, glass beads and vegetable matter.

The 3rd Biennale of the Jewelers Creators from 23rd to 24th September, 2013

This 3rd edition of the Biennale of jewelers was very successful, despite the bad weather, with more than 1800 visitors during the 2 days. Members of our association joined the hosting team of the event.

The Biennale of the Jewelers Creators, 2nd edition, 26th and 27th November, 2011

For the second time the community of villages of Ouest Roannais (CCOR) organized the Biennale of the creative jewelers in St-Jean-St-Maurice-sur-Loire together with François Allier
Jewelery craftsmen as well as young designers presented their creations and showed their know-how.

The association was present along with the organizers for this event which brought together nearly 20 craftsmen from all over France and Europe.

During their wanderings in the medieval village the numerous visitors were able to appreciate several exhibition sites and admire contemporary original creations or jewels inspired by archeology pieces.
